Simply send an email to info@shadypaws.com.au describing the problem, include your order number and send supporting photos so we can check it out. Upon receipt of all information, our team can then make an assessment and endeavour to reply within 2 business days.
If we cannot fully assess the damage from the photos and information provided or you're not happy with our assessment you will then need to return it for a full assessment. Warranty returns must be arranged by the buyer, if it's a manufacturing defect we'll refund the return shipping cost and repair it at our cost, if the we deem the defect the result of misuse we'll provide a quote to repair and ship the unit back to you.

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable. Please keep your purchase docket, tax invoice or receipt as the best proof of purchase, and as proof of date on which the purchase was made.
Normal Wear and Tear – This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the products or parts & any product that has been used for purposes other than domestic use.
Can I shove my kid in the shade?
ABSOLUTELY NOT
Are there any other colours available?
No - we have researched different colours and the green chosen offers the best protection and cooling for your pet. Plus it looks cool and keeps the shade more in-tune with the environment.
Are there different sizes?
At this stage, no. We have found that larger dogs tend to run & be more active than smaller-medium dogs. Our little guy, Parker, has often wandered off to sit under someone else's umbrella Ha Ha Ha! Depending on demand, we may look into a larger size in the near future.
How will my shade arrive?
You will be supplied a tracking number via Australia Post. The shade will be packaged within a recyclable box, with no other packaging to reduce our paw-print on the environment.
Can I purchase replacement parts?
Yes - we have available for purchase extra bowls, pegs, shoulder straps & inner liner.
What if my dog doesn't use the shade?
We found with Parker, all it took was a couple of little treats and now we can't keep him out of the shade.
